"Account Data and Other Data of Users is not transferred to any third parties, with the exception of the cases directly specified by these Rules. The Company can transfer Account Data and Other Data of the Users to third parties on the condition of compliance with the purpose listed in clause 3 of this Policy. Such third parties may include:
